Rheumatoid Arthritis: Plan to Win
I found the read to be very interesting and informative. It’s the first book that I’ve read which describes RA from such a personal and eloquent view. It is filled with vital information and facts. It doesn’t concentrate on a medical treatment only – it takes exercise, attitude, and emotional wellness into account.
It’s an excellent read and I would recommend it to anyone with RA.

I read Ms. Koehn’s book and have recommended it to my patients. In fact, I took the dust cover off and posted it on my waiting room bulletin board with my recommendation to ‘buy this book!’ It is easy to read but with sufficient detail for the more sophisticated health consumer. It is a great reference source for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and for family members and care-givers of those with RA. The chapters on medications are particularly useful and well-organized. I like her general advice which is important to all people with chronic diseases, not only RA.
