I don’t know what some of the people are talking about when they say the book does not go into gout and other forms of arthritis. Did they actually READ it?? I didn’t understand the workings of any of the forms of arthritis before I read this. Now I do. It’s throughout the WHOLE book. Pay attention!

It tells you exactly how it’s caused and what to do about it. If you want a medical journal on the disease, then go to a medical library. The person that blasted the book because her copy had a chapter missing…. HELLO?? How is that authors fault for a damaged or incomplete copy? This is a review, NOT seller feedback!

For the first time I have felt hope for a lot of things. It pulled so many things together for me. This is a book about helping your body detox and heal. I have not started yet, but am looking forward to trying the program. This is a book about common sense and getting back to how God intended the body to function. It’s very clear on all forms of arthritis. It doesn’t just coddle one form. It’s a good basic book on eating properly and naturally and letting your body heal the way it was meant to.

A good common sense book, with great advice about diet, but not enough about osteoarthritis. I believe that diet is extremely important but would like more detailed information about what else — besides diet — one can do to alleviate OA.

The author has this chatty style of writing, a bit disorganzied, if you ask me, but the information is very useful, and I read and re read many parts of the book. I have had frequent flarups of my psoratic arthritis lately, and the advise in the book has lead me to treatments that have helped me onto the road to recovery.
