Arthritis: The Cure: The Last Book You’Ll Ever Need On Arthritis

I am someone who tries to avoid invasive surgery (which is sometimes recommended, when it’s not even NEEDED), and prescriptive drugs, at all costs. I believe natural healing is a longer, typically more arduous (in some ways) process than conventional therapy + the pills route.
However, I believe that true healing starts from within — and face it, we are what we eat — which is why I agree with the core concept of this Arthritis cure. Many professionals in the field will reject the notions put forth, but it’s mainly because of the lack of steady income that would come in for them, if everyone followed a natural healing route. It’s the same case with optometrists, who will swear that the Bates method is nothing but rubbish (and if it’s nothing but nonsense, it wouldn’t have worked for anyone, which is not true as evidenced via the book, ‘Relearning to See’, by Thomas R. Quackenbush).
I was nodding to myself many times while perusing this book. As someone who’s always been interested in health/fitness, I thought this book presented its information clearly, cohesively, and succinctly, which is something I always appreciate. I’d personally go with a method/cure that’s simple and sensible, than rely on the pharmaceutical industry [to potentially add a bunch of side effects to my original problem(s); side effects I didn't have to begin with...]

Drugs or diet? The medical profession and big pharma say drugs, and Tilden says diet. What makes sense to you? What costs less? What in your heart of hearts would you really think is a cure for arthritis?
Of course its diet, and this diet works, it really, really works. For such a small price less then a feel pills, buy the book and find out. You own it to yourself or family, and even if you are on a drug plan drugs are not the answer.
Read the book, find the cure, its not hard.

I used to go through the review section and discount the people who had only given one previous review. My thinking was that one lone review was probably a friend or family helping out the author. Now looking at this book I have come across a new beast, the semmingly professional 5 star reviewer. Looking at the reviewers for this book it’s page after page of 5 star reviews often for internet books, marketing books, or the same publisher/author. It’s getting complicated who to trust. Something is “up” here.
